Job Description

Work under the direction of the Human Resource Director and Human Resource Manager.  Must possess excellent organizational skills and have the ability to communicate with people of diverse background and experiences.  The goal is to ensure that our organization is always maintaining and keeping the most reliable and accurate records of Monkey Paw event staff and event support for each department.




  • Keep detail records of event staffs’ information and assignments.
  • Assist with distribution of event credentials to event staff and event support.
  • Provide support for the Human Resource department.
  • Communicate frequently with other event staff and event support.


Qualifications and requirements:

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Working knowledge of databases and or MS office products.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • A pleasant, outgoing personality.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work 8 to 12 hours over a 4 day time period.

    This is a barter position, which means you will be bartering your time with this company in return for items of equal value. This can include badge(s), vouchers for merchandise, and vouchers for meals. The amount you receive as barter will depend on the hours that you work during the event. The barter system is a legal payment process documented by the IRS.
